WANT MORE WOMEN LEADERS? KEEP MORE GIRLS IN THE GAME.

Sports do more than build strong bodies—they build strong leaders.

When girls play sports, they develop resilience, teamwork, and confidence. They learn how to show up when it matters, push through challenges, and lift others up along the way. These aren’t just skills for the game—they’re skills for life.

Yet, despite all the benefits, girls drop out of sports at twice the rate of boys. By age 14, more than half have quit. The reasons? A lack of funding, fewer opportunities, and not enough role models to show them what’s possible.

That’s a leadership problem in the making.

And it’s bigger than that. When we don’t invest in women’s sports, we’re cutting off more than just playing opportunities—we’re denying the next generation access to careers, lifelong health benefits, and the mental well-being that sports foster. Every level of society is impacted when we fail to build the right infrastructure for women and girls in sports. That’s why the time to invest is now.

This is where SHE’S GOT NEXT comes in.

We’re not just talking about change—we’re investing in it. One-third of our membership fees go directly to Canadian athletes and programs that keep girls in sports, giving them a community that has their back—and a path to leadership.

More visibility. More opportunities. More doors opening for the next generation.

If you’re on board with our mission, there’s a simple way to help. Share this post—because the algorithm goddess works in mysterious ways, and every bit of engagement helps bring more eyes (and resources) to women’s sports.

Let’s keep the momentum going.
