Showing Up Together: A 2025 SHE’S GOT NEXT Photo Recap

What a year to show up.
Games over galas.
Community over everything.

Looking back on 2025, we’re equal parts grateful and energized by what happens when people rally — for each other, for women’s sport, and for the next generation.

This year wasn’t about checking boxes or chasing optics. It was about showing up together — in the stands, in conversation, and in moments that reminded us why sport matters in the first place.

Here’s a snapshot of some of the moments we shared and the leagues we showed up for along the way:

  • Breakfast with Champions (SHE’S GOT NEXT x UBC) — a room filled with professional leagues, Olympians, student-athletes, business leaders, and the one-and-only Carolyn Taylor bringing everyone together.
  • Northern Super League — the inaugural match at BC Place, Vancouver Rise FC making Swangard home, a Copperpenny Distilling Co. collab, showing up all season long, and Finals in Toronto with fans from every corner of the league.
  • PWHL — the Takeover Tour, Vancouver expansion announcement, Draft Watch Party, Rivalry Series Watch Party, and watching the Vancouver Goldeneyes take the ice in a barn of their own.
  • WNBA Canada — SHE’S GOT NEXT x Toronto Tempo, plus a Finals Watch Party hosted for members and friends by the Tempo.
  • U SPORTS — National Basketball Championships, University of Victoria EmpowerHer Night, UBC Pride games, and Rugby Nationals with athletes and leaders setting the standard.
  • Rugby Canada — crossing the pond for the Rugby World Cup in London and cheering our team on to silver 🥈
  • Birdies Babes Golf — still working on the swing.
  • A Perfectly Reasonable Night of Comedy — because Carolyn Taylor is, indeed, a sport.

This is what community looks like.

To everyone who showed up alongside us — and to the businesses, partners, and friends who helped make these moments possible — thank you for showing these leagues, teams, athletes, and each other the love. 💙

If you were there with us, we’d love to hear it. Drop your favourite moment in the comments — the ones that stuck with you, surprised you, or reminded you why you keep coming back.

Because this is how momentum is built. Together.
