Meet Jessica Rockliff

Most people who make Partner at a Big 4 firm didn’t also spend their weekends travelling to tournaments, practising three nights a week and representing their country in international competition.

Jessica Rockliff, Assurance Partner at PwC Canada, did both. For years. She’ll tell you one made the other possible.

Ultimate frisbee taught Jessica how to lead teams, build trust, manage pressure and make decisions with other people counting on her — skills that have been just as valuable in her career as they were in competition.

Her story is a pretty great example of something we see again and again at SHE’S GOT NEXT: the time women spend in sport isn’t separate from their professional development. It’s part of it.
