So she made the bold move to walk away—with no backup plan. In under two years, she launched her own consulting firm and became co-owner of a long-standing mortgage company. The kind of reinvention most people dream about? Anna made it real.

Her leadership is grounded in integrity, transparency, and kindness. She lives by her values, and she never apologizes for being herself.

Along the way, she’s picked up a few unforgettable moments—like being selected to carry the Olympic Torch into the 2010 Vancouver Games.
