Every story we hear, every bond we make, reminds us why we’re doing this: to bring together a powerful community of women who’ve been shaped by sports to create a future where women get the support and recognition they deserve.

And the barriers our athletes face? They’re real—and they’re frustrating. Imagine showing up to play for your university and immediately being handed a $600 laundry bill and a $10,000 clothing fee, knowing male athletes have their costs fully covered. It’s unfair and it’s holding back the growth and diversity we desperately need in sports.

Our members are fired up for change. We’re here to lift each other up, celebrate the women leading the way, and push for true equity.
